Paul Neto is a pragmatic technologist and market researcher.
Paul is currently co-founder and Chief Marketing Officer at Measure Protocol, a blockchain-powered marketplace for human-generated data. Prior to founding Measure Protocol, Paul was VP of Digital & Media at Kantar Canada and helped to drive the organization’s digital initiatives through innovation, partnerships, and thought leadership while helping clients navigate the digital landscape.
Since graduating from the University of Waterloo, Paul has held a number of digital product, research, and innovation roles with international exposure. Notably, his tenure has included leading a group of technologists at comScore and acting as Senior Research Director at YuMe where he pioneered research in neuroscience, virtual reality, and connected television.
Paul also co-founded a venture-funded, research-based machine learning company Crowd Science that was later acquired by YuMe.
