Caron Merrill is the Director of Customer Insights at CVS Health. She joined the company in 2003. Over the last 16 years, Caron has worked on the Retail Customer Insights and had had responsibility for ad hoc qualitative and quantitative research, tracking studies, Customer Experience (CX) program, and Competitive Intelligence. She is currently focused on insights for Retail Pharmacy and MinuteClinic, the overall management of the CVS Advisor Panel and CVS Colleague panel, special projects, and department operations.
