The Office of Legal Affairs is comprised of the General Counsel who serves as the legal representative for MRA. The General Counsel represents MRA on a broad range of legal issues, including but not limited to:

  • Review and negotiation of Association contracts
  • Intellectual Property matters
  • Antitrust concerns
  • Nonprofit corporate legal issues
  • Governance
