Can people from countries outside the U.S. join the association?
Yes, MRA has a growing international membership and many of our benefits, resources and education are available online.
Can I choose my own chapter?
Members may choose which of the 12 chapters to join. If your office is on the east coast, but you spend most of your time traveling to the west coast, you can choose the chapter that fits best. You can also purchase additional chapter memberships for a small fee.
Does MRA offer educational opportunities?
Yes, MRA produces three conferences every year, as well as many live webinars that are free to members. Archived webinars on a magnitude of topics are also available at any time. Our 12 regional chapters provide education in your area as well. MRA education is PRC approved and is designed to help you grow your business and career.
Is Alert! magazine free to members?
Yes, Alert!, the official magazine of the Marketing Research Association, is mailed free to members on a monthly basis. Archived issues can be viewed online. Alert! provides marketing researchers with the insights, methods, skills, technologies and tools they need to succeed in today’s profession. For more details, click here.
How do I change my contact information?
You can update your contact information and profile by going to our membership page and clicking on your profile.
How do I renew my membership?

Can members use the Association's corporate logo?
MRA members are welcome to use the MRA logo for use on websites or in publicity materials. Please see the image guidelines for complete regulations surrounding MRA logo usage. To obtain the logo, contact webmaster@marketingresearch.org
What is the purpose of the Association’s Board of Directors?
The Board of Directors is elected by the members of the Association. The Board provides direction and supervision to MRA.

How do I file a complaint against a MRA member?
The principles of MRA's Code of Marketing Research Standards must be adhered to and signed by each member of the Marketing Research Association, both company and individual, as a condition of membership. Read the Code here. A violation allegation form can be found here and submitted via mail or fax. If you are unsure if your complaint is a violation of the Code of Marketing Research Standards, please contact LaToya Lang, JD, LLM, MRA's General Counsel, at 860.682.1000. Complaints can only be lodged against MRA members.
