Jeff Resnick (Moderator), Chief Operating Officer, NAXION | LinkedIn
Jeff brings over 30 years of experience as an industry leader, management executive, and trusted advisor to executive-level clients across a broad range of industries. He is an accomplished business strategist whose professional focus includes reputation risk assessment and management, key account management, political polling, sales, and marketing strategy, as well as the development and leverage of customer advisory boards.
Previously, Jeff served as the President of Opinion Research Corporation’s US Group and was a member of the global executive team with responsibilities for global marketing, strategy development, and overall growth of the corporate brand. As part of these efforts, Jeff spear-headed the initiation and publication of the New York Stock Exchange’s global CEO Report and led the CNN|ORC Poll for over seven years.
Jeff served on the Board of Directors for CASRO (now the Insights Association) from 2010 to 2014 and was the 2012 Board Chair. He is a frequent speaker and author.

Kevin is Director of Agency and Consumer Research with Liberty Mutual company. He’s been a research practitioner for about 20 years, working in banking and financial services, mostly on the corporate side with a couple of years on the supplier side. His passion is finding out how people feel about things and generating insights that enable sustainable competitive advantage.

An eclectic blend of researcher, technologist, sociologist, and marketer with a rich background across functions, industries, and countries, Zoe has specialized in the online world since the late 1990s. She specializes in respondent engagement for web and mobile surveys, as well as qualitative approaches related to online communities and interview techniques. A scholar of innovation, she actively combines traditional and out-of-the-box research approaches to adapt effect methodologies to a changing world. Zoe recently authored the new MRII University of Georgia online course, Emerging Methods and the Future of Market Research, and serves on the MRII Board of Directors. She is a regular speaker at webinars and industry conferences including ESOMAR, IIeX, MRMW, and Quirks on topics relating to consumer insights, new technologies, and storytelling.

Jacqueline Rosales, SoapBoxSample COO, is known for her enthusiasm and unconventional leadership style. A more than 25-year veteran of the Market Research and Insights space, her entrepreneurial spirit, tenacity, and personal grit help clients to identify and act on market opportunities. She specializes in helping organizations discover and connect with niche audiences and providing actionable insights that move the needle.
Jacqueline is a serial entrepreneur, having launched and grown multiple successful companies. She attributes the rapid growth of the brands she has developed to her dedication to great company culture and her long-standing commitment to the research industry as a whole. In 2015, Jacqueline, along with a group of leaders in Market Research, established SampleCon, the only industry event dedicated to research sampling.
Beginning at the early days of the COVID-19 outbreak, Jacqueline and the SoapBox team quickly pivoted their business from providing consumer insights to brands, to connecting California residents with health experts and government leaders in the fight against COVID-19. Through their recruitment and project management efforts across multiple research engagements related to COVID-19 antibody testing, the SoapBox team was able to provide critical data to county health departments, universities, and local governments. Jacqueline has appeared on stage numerous times and spoken about a variety of topics including research best practices, leadership, company culture, and diversity and inclusivity in sampling practices. Jacqueline has served on multiple advisory boards including the SampleCon Board of Directors and the SoCal Chapter of the Insights Association. Jacqueline is also a Founding Member of the Weed Week Council, providing thought leadership in the medical cannabis space. She currently serves on the UC Irvine Customer Experience Advisory Board.
