The Corporate Researchers Conference (CRC) is a professional business event. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any Conference activities. Persons ages 18 and older will be permitted into the Conference and Receptions provided they register and pay appropriate fees. All registrants agree to indemnify the Insights Association from any cause whatsoever resulting in any harm to any person.
Any person who attends CRC grants permission to the Insights Association to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.
All cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 pm EST on October 4, 2019. The Insights Association will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards registration fee at any future Insights Association event held within 12 months. In lieu of a credit voucher, at your request, Insights Association will issue a refund which is subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations for additional reception tickets are subject to a $75 cancellation fee or a voucher towards your next event registration within the next 12 months. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm EST on October 4 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitution. Substitutions must be received by email to and can be made until the start of the event.
Only one Discount/Promo Code can be applied to each registration. Codes must be utilized at time of registration - no price reductions will be made to previous registrations.
MEETING SAFETY & RESPONSIBILITY
The Insights Association is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all meeting participants at all association events, including those sponsored by our chapters, committees, and organizations other than the association but held in conjunction with Insights Association events, in public or private facilities.
The Insights Association has zero-tolerance for sexual and other forms of intimidation, discrimination, harassment or assault of or by anyone at our meetings. This may include but is not limited to physical or verbal abuse, inappropriate comments related to gender, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, race, religion, national origin, inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images, threatening or stalking any attendee, or disruption of proceedings.
The Insights Association will take any action deemed necessary and appropriate in response to any incident of unacceptable behavior, including immediate removal from the meeting without warning or refund, prohibiting attendance at future meetings, public sanction and/or expulsion for cause from the membership, as well as legal and other remedies.
