Sarah Robb O'Hagan – Flywheel Sports
Sarah Robb O’Hagan is CEO of Flywheel Sports and the former president of luxury health club Equinox, where she led the $5 billion corporation from a bricks-and-mortar gym to a digital-first, always-on fitness business. She is also the former global president of Gatorade, a GM and marketing director at Nike, and marketing director of the Virgin Entertainment Group.
Sarah oversaw the development of many additional breakthrough innovation efforts throughout her career including the roll-out of the game-changing Nike Plus technology and the transformation of Gatorade from a declining sports drink into an innovative sports performance company exemplified by the G Series line.

Sarah has been named twice to Forbes list of the “Most Powerful Women in Sports.” She was named a “Woman to Watch” by Ad Age, dubbed one of the “Most Creative People in Business” by Fast Company, and named to “40 Under 40” lists by Sports Business Journal, Crain’s Chicago Business, mand Sports Goods Business.

Jason Smith – Mac & Mia
I was never the kid that liked the carousel ride – I always opted for the speed, thrills and uncertainty of the rollercoaster. Flash forward to today as I am currently in the trenches of building my fourth start-up in the consumer/retail space, and I can easily connect the professional decisions and dots that got me here. Early on in my career I fell in love with early-stage, entrepreneurial businesses and what they demand of their leaders and teams. Being an entrepreneurial leader, being a builder, being the architect of something that goes from zero to millions of dollars in annual sales is insanely challenging, but it is also highly rewarding and addicting – Growth leadership is now embedded in my DNA, and I am personally and professionally stronger because of the path I have chosen.
What I have come to be certain of is that people work for individuals, not companies. To build a great team, you’ve got to be an exceptional individual. Your ability to build a team that will run through walls for you is a direct reflection of your own enthusiasm and passion, your own accountability and ownership, and your own ability to take risks and get uncomfortable. I would like to share my own experience and journey with you in the hopes that it can be meaningful and impactful as you build the next generation of cultures, teams and brands.
Over the last 20 years, Jason Smith has held leadership positions across sales, operations, strategy and merchandising having worked for Trunk Club, Conair, eToys and General Electric. Most recently, Jason served as a member of the founding executive leadership team at Trunk Club – the pioneer of the curated-commerce box platform – which was acquired by the retailer Nordstrom in 2014 for $350M.
Jason is currently President of Mac & Mia – a digital retail start-up focused on children’s apparel founded by Marie Tillman in 2014. By focusing on incredible product, delivering true personalization at scale, and solving real problems for busy households, Marie and Jason are focused on building the best children’s retail service on the planet.
