The CEO Summit is a professional business event. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to attend any Conference activities. Persons ages 18 and older will be permitted into the Conference and Receptions provided they register and pay appropriate fees. All registrants agree to indemnify Insights Association from any cause whatsoever resulting in any harm to any person.


Any person who attends the CEO Summit grants permission to the Insights Association to record his or her visual/audio images, including but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose, including advertisements for future programs and events.


All cancellations must be received in writing before 5:00 pm EST on December 23, 2016. The Insights Association will issue a credit voucher for the full amount of your payment, which may be applied towards registration fee at any future Insights Association event held within 12 months. In lieu of a credit voucher, at your request, Insights Association will issue a refund which is subject to a $300 cancellation fee. Cancellations for additional reception tickets are subject to a $75 cancellation fee or a voucher towards your next event registration within the next 12 months. Cancellations received after 5:00 pm EST on December 23 are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitution. Substitutions must be received by email to and can be made until the start of the event.
