As the EVP of human intelligence for media agency Spark, Scott Hess leads the firm's research and insights function and serves as the primary architect and catalyst for the next-generation media planning approach known as "Experience Planning."
Mark Kershisnik is the president and managing partner of Transform Strategy Partners, a venture he embarked upon after 32 years in general management, global marketing and market research at Eli Lilly and Company. During his tenure, Mark helped re-engineer the field of marketing and market research.
Adam has an extensive background in domestic and international financial services marketing, product development, business development and strategic planning. He worked at American Express in the United States and overseas beginning in 1985. In February 2007, Adam was appointed vice president and head of global marketplace insights for American Express.
Karen Walker helped to create the then fastest-growing company in American business history at Compaq Computer. She then served as an executive advisor and consultant to CEOs and senior organization leaders to grow their companies successfully with outcomes including IPOs, acquisitions, market share increases, and dramatic leadership development.
