The C8 Health Project is charged by the Wood County Circuit Court (West Virginia) to collect health data and blood results on up to 80,000 current and former residents of the mid-Ohio Valley which borders Ohio and West Virginia. The data collected in this project will be examined by a group of scientists to determine if there is a probably link between C8 exposure and human health concerns. C8 is a chemical used by DuPont in the manufacture of commercial products such as Teflon, GOR-TEX, SilverStone, StainMaster, and others.

This presentation will show how the majority of this data was collect by using a web survey.
