London-based insights consultancy Basis Research has hired Jennifer Rittner as managing partner.

Based in Los Angeles, Jennifer will help Basis further expand its business in the U.S., especially the West Coast. She brings 20 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing and insights, most recently at Ipsos.

At Ipsos, she worked with clients on voice of the consumer integration, as well as online communities and social data and analytics. Her clientele has varied across sectors, including media/technology/entertainment, mobility, CPG and retail. Ritter is also a member of the CX@Rutgers Advisory Board for the Rutgers School of Graduate Education.
