New Analytics Expert at Mozaic Group

Full service market research firm Mozaic Group has appointed Vaishali Daga as Analytics Director. She brings over 15 years of high technology research experience, most recently serving as a lead analyst at Market Strategies International, where she led both consumer and B2B research design and analysis, with special emphasis on complex product development, segmentation, customer satisfaction and foundational market profiling research. Her quantitative expertise includes both custom and tracking research programs, primarily in the technology and telecommunications industries. In her new position, Daga will provide strategic analytics direction of domestic and international studies and lead Mozaic Group’s analyst team.

Phoenix Marketing International Acquires Sterling Research Group

Global marketing services firm Phoenix Marketing International recently announced the acquisition of Sterling Research Group, a market research firm with heavy category expertise in casinos and hospitality. Combining Phoenix’s mobile engagement research platform, mXP, and Sterling’s VOC expertise and understanding, Phoenix will build on its existing customer experience offerings.

New Office in London for Azure Knowledge

Azure Knowledge Corporation has opened a new office in the famous News Building in London, UK, home to major news industry names like The Wall Street Journal,  The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, Dow Jones,  and HarperCollins. This new office will help augment Azure’s services to clients in the UK and Europe overall.  Azure already has operations hubs in the USA, India, China and Kenya and on-ground staff in 13 countries with coverage across North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Africa and Middle East. Presently, Azure has more than 500 employees and is a ‘one-stop-shop’ for end-to-end MR operations services to global market research agencies and consultancies offering Panel/Online, Phone and F2F data collection, data processing and analytics.

Logit Group Rebrands, Opens New Office in Kansas

Market research data collection company Logit Group, founded in 1997, just announced “a complete rebrand” of the company’s look, but not their offerings. The company announced a new directive: “Research, Executed.”

Logit Group also announced the opening of a new 115-seat call center in Wichita, Kansas, augmenting Logit’s client services and call center facilities in Toronto, Ontario, as well as its mall facility and call center in Montreal, Quebec. Lisa Joseph (Director) and Rhonda Fox (Manager) will lead the Wichita operation. The new call center brings Logit Group’s overall workforce to over 500.

New Partner and New Office and Practice for Cambiar Consulting in Palo Alto

Cambiar Consulting announced a new Technology and Analytics office and practice in Palo Alto, California. The new practice will focus on strategically and operationally guiding clients in designing, building and deploying effective analytics capabilities, as well as their technological underpinnings, and matching these with their existing research offerings. In addition, it will offer recruitment services to clients seeking data analytics experts and data scientists.

The leader of the new practice will be Richard Scionti, who is joining the company as a full partner. He was most recently Global Head, Customer Experience Business Applications at GfK, where he was responsible for the successful launches of new management and tracking platforms in customer experience and brand management. Prior to that, he was responsible for the Analytics Practice at Prophet Brand Strategy, including launching a new visual analytics platform. Scionti has also held senior global management positions in technology, analytics, marketing and product management at Research International, TNS, Harris Interactive and SPSS.
