Ipsos Connect Appoints New President
July 6, 2015 – Ipsos today announced the appointment of Peter Minnium as President of Ipsos Connect in the U.S. In this role, Minnium is tasked with developing and leading the newly formed U.S. unit of Ipsos Connect. He will report to Pierre Le Manh, CEO, North America, Ipsos, and to Yannick Carriou, Global CEO of Ipsos Connect. Ipsos Connect is the recently launched global specialization that orchestrates all services in the domains of Brand Communication, Advertising and Media.

Prior to joining Ipsos, Minnium held various leadership positions in the advertising industry, most recently at Lowe Worldwide, the global creative agency network of the Interpublic Group, where he headed the Independent Brands Group and subsequently ran Lowe in the Americas. Since 2010 he has been Head of Digital Brand Initiatives at the Interactive Advertising Bureau in New York.

Directions Research Announces 4 New Hires and 1 Promotion
July 1, 2015 — Directions Research, a provider of market research provider, has announced four new hires and a promotion. Aaron Gulley has been hired as a senior account executive and joins Directions with 20 years of research experience. Amy Webb has been hired as a qualitative research consultant with more than 10 years of qualitative research experience and a solid toolbox of interviewing and projective techniques. Ashley Bella has been hired as a design specialist after three years as a graphic designer at United Pet Group. Brock Whitaker has been hired as an interface developer with 9 years of experience. Kathy Campbell has been promoted to senior research manager, managing projects from questionnaire design through final reporting.
